The rumors are true! I am releasing a new book. Actually, it’s an updated version of a book I wrote in 2009, “The 9-Month Investment,” which was around the time of the real estate crash.
The book details how, through strategic investments in multifamily properties, I was able to significantly increase their value in a relatively short period, often within nine months. I recount how we purchased properties at one price and, through effective management and improvements, substantially increased their value. For instance, one property bought for $4.1 million was worth $5.8 million in less than nine months. Another, purchased for $2.5 million, escalated to $4 million in about seven months. But these strategies only work if the property is good to begin with, and you take certain steps before and during the process of purchasing the property.
